2017 Houston Artist Grant Recipient

Rebecca Braziel recieves the Individual Artist Grant by the City of Houston and Houston Art Alliance!  This $5,000 grant will fund the continuation of The Creeping Vine Project and result in a large scale fiber installation created by members of the Houston Community.  To see the full list of recipients, click the arrow above.

 

C.V.P. at Wilchester Elementary School

Wilchester Elementary School hosted their annual Art Expo Day featuring The Creeping Vine Project.  This was a great opportunity to have roughly 800 students from grades pre-k to 5th learn about the project and contribute by adding fabric strips to the wire backing.
